A small snippet of me working inside the atelier at @lamaisondebeaumont in 2023.

My first artist residency — and truly the catalyst for my French art career.

This is where I got to cocoon. To focus. To play.

I can’t recommend doing a residency enough. Whether it’s a weekend, a few weeks, or several months — the gift is the same. You cut out the noise. The distractions. The comparisons.

You explore — inward and outward — what you want to create as an artist and as a human.

There’s something powerful about removing yourself from your normal rhythm and letting clarity arrive. Letting the work move through you instead of forcing it.

That time in the Luberon changed everything for me.
